Then the Holy Spirit suddenly said to me, \u201cIf this were the last day of their lives and they didn\u2019t know Jesus, they would be lost forever.\u201d He literally urged me to approach them, which I did immediately. During a brief conversation, I learned that they were siblings\u2014she was 90 years old and a widow, and he was her brother, 86 years old. They are from Romania and have lived here for 50 years. I began to tell them about Jesus. I also shared my personal testimony with them and presented them with the good news of the Gospel. When I asked if they wanted to accept Jesus into their lives, they both replied spontaneously, \u201cYes!\u201d So I led them both in a prayer of salvation, and I now know that they are saved for eternity. It\u2019s likely that, through me, the very answer to prayer that people had been praying for so long finally came. God is never late.
